My background and qualifications span practical engineering, technology and business, so I approach each environment as a connected operational system rather than a collection of separate products.
My work covers computers, Microsoft 365, networks, network security, servers, backups, broadband, remote working and phone systems, alongside web design and development, connected business systems and bespoke software where an off-the-shelf product does not fit.
