Trial Terms

These simple terms apply to guided Oblyx Hub pilot and trial workspaces unless a separate written agreement is agreed.

Who these terms are for

These terms are for businesses invited into an Oblyx Hub guided pilot or trial workspace. Oblyx Hub is currently intended for small service businesses, trades and local service teams.

What Oblyx provides

Oblyx may provide access to a protected Hub workspace with features such as customer records, follow-ups, quotes, invoices, products/services and related dashboard tools. Access may be limited, staged or withdrawn while the product is in pilot mode.

What Oblyx is not

Oblyx is not full accounting software, payroll software, bank feed software, payment processing, stock control or a replacement for professional advice. The current Finance module supports basic quotes and invoices.

Your responsibilities

  • Use the workspace lawfully and only for your own business purposes.
  • Keep access links, accounts and devices secure.
  • Check quotes, invoices, VAT details, business details and payment details before sending or relying on them.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful or unnecessary sensitive information.
  • Tell Oblyx promptly if something appears wrong or if access should be removed.

Pilot status and availability

Pilot workspaces may change as features are refined. Oblyx aims to provide a reliable service, but early access may include bugs, interruptions or manual support steps. Important business records should be reviewed and exported where appropriate.

Data and exports

You remain responsible for the business data you enter. Oblyx may provide export or support options where available, but the pilot should not be treated as the only copy of critical business records.

Ending a pilot

Either side may end a guided pilot or trial. If a pilot ends, Oblyx may disable workspace access and discuss reasonable options for export or deletion, subject to operational and legal requirements.

Changes to these terms

These starter terms may be updated as Oblyx moves from guided pilot use toward broader availability. Material changes should be made clear to active pilot users.
